Fo this task i took my inspiration from watching Forest Gump for the millionth time, realising I hadn’t eaten some decent shrimp/prawns in a long time.and after Bubbas famous listing of all the different kinds of foods you can make from shrimp I decided to take a trip to Leeds market and get myself some nice king prawns already de-shelled because I didn’t think I could stomach doing that myself. I chose to make fried garlic butter prawns. Using a tablespoon of butter, one crushed up clove of garlic and a bit of parsley and prying them until their pink, it was a simple, fairly cheap and tasty meal… though I think ill buy more next time as this was more of a starter.
