This was the design i finally decided upon.
i chose upon this design as i felt that the one angle would counteract the other by reflection and create the illusion of depth. While still maintaining a toile de joy element to it but the reflective nature of the pattern made it feel much more natural and the symmetry added to the aesthetics.

I have printed this design as a 2 metre long wallpaper print, unfortunately it was a few shades lighter than my fabric print, though this will be due to the different materials and inks.

However I was still very pleased with the outcome of my print. It retained all the fine details of my original drawings and has provided a visual insight to how this pattern could look as a fixed wallpaper in a home.
